Domestic Shipping Policy
Order Processing Time

We aim to process all orders within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays. During peak times, processing may take longer, and you will be notified via email or phone if there is a significant delay.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated based on the order’s weight, dimensions, and destination and are displayed at checkout. Delivery time estimates are also provided, although occasional delays may occur.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

We ship to most locations within India, including P.O. boxes and military addresses (APO/FPO).

Shipment Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to become active.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

All fees (e.g., customs, taxes) during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility. New Super Herbal is not liable for these additional costs.

Damaged Shipments

If your order is damaged upon arrival, please save all packaging and contact our customer service. Refer to our Returns Policy for further instructions.

International Shipping Policy

International orders are also processed within 6-7 business days. However, processing times may be affected by order volume or customs processing. We will notify you of any significant delays.

International shipping charges are based on destination, weight, and dimensions and are calculated at checkout. Delivery times vary by country, with additional delays possible due to customs inspections.

Shipment Tracking

Tracking details will be sent via email once your order is shipped. Updates may take up to 48 hours to reflect on the tracking portal, depending on the shipping provider.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These fees are not included in the checkout price and will need to be paid separately upon delivery.

Please note that certain herbal products may be restricted in some countries. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure compliance with local regulations before placing an order.

Damaged Shipments
